Finally!

I started dreaming of this since May of last year. After all the frustrations and heartache, it's finally done. So next week is the beginning of a new adventure...

Raniza Esguera Photo Set

Raniza joined the Amazing Show after winning a spot in Amazing Show's, Amazing Philippine Beauties Pageant in 2006. Her performances earned her a spot as one of the leads of the show. She was a cast in the Boracay Amazing Show and returned to Cebu after we've decided to close operations in Boracay.

Dimple Carpina Photo Set

Dimple Carpina is one of our pioneer performers. The one and only who has managed to perform in all of our branches from Manila, Cebu, Jejudo in Korea and Boracay. Now she is one of the main performers in the Cebu branch. She's quite a handful to manage with lots of record in tardiness but seldom absent... but she is one thing; a good performer...

Pictures from our mini party in Cebu

What was supposedly a "despedida" party (farewell party) for Amazing Show Cebu branch's Associate Director Tantan Lopez turns into a celebration as my negotiations with the Chairman gives him a new lease in Cebu. He was supposedly flying to Manila by the end of the month to be part of Manila's artistic team.

The occasion also marks the awarding of his 5th year loyalty certificate.

This photography thing has gotten me all wired up. I remember my Finance Manager telling me after I bought this Sony Alpha 230 that sooner or later, I'd want to buy the after market accessories that would come with it... lens, battery pack, etc...

I said that I couldn't afford them so I probably wouldn't even dare think about them... Damn, he was right. Although I am only in the thinking about them phase.

There's a facebook fan page out there that says, "hindi komo may DSLR ka ay photographer ka na..." (owning a DSLR camera doesn't make you a photographer) or at least I think that's what it says to wit; without a DSLR camera, then you'll never be a photographer.

Anyway, I don't want to be a photographer... but for now, I do love my Alpha 230.

The best part? I have a bunch of beautiful people to photograph and experiment with this camera... I love my job!
